Delivery costs

We make every effort to ensure that all orders are delivered properly secured as soon as possible to the Customer.

Poland

We will send the order the next day after we receive the payment (prepayment option) or the next day after we received the order (cash on delivery, only in Poland).

• delivery of parcels with porcelain products - via UPS in Poland;
• delivery of parcels with porcelain products - via UPS in Europe or Poczta Polska (registered priority mail) in Europe and the rest of the world;
• shipping catalogs, magnets, calendars can be done via UPS courier or Poczta Polska (registered priority mail).

Products with the hand painted dedication are made within 3-4 working days.

Shipping abroad (outside Poland)

Parcels sent abroad must be paid before shipment. We do not send parcels paid cash on delivery outside the Polish territory.

• Parcel shipment in Europe: UPS courier (only EU) or Poczta Polska (registered priority mail).
  Parcel shipment outside of Europe: only via Poczta Polska (registered priority mail)
